As deemed necessary or appropriate for the effective provision of the Services, either party may identify in a Statement of Work an individual who shall act as project manager in respect of the relevant Services. A project manager shall be deemed to have authority to issue, execute, grant or provide any approvals, requests, notices or other communications concerning the Services, including approving project documentation, and to delegate such rights and authority on written notice to the other party.

Руководитель проекта считается полномочным принимать все решения, оформлять все документы и совершать все прочие действия в рамках разрешительно-согласительного процесса, имеющего место в отношении Услуг (в том числе утверждать проектную документацию), а также составлять и направлять все требования, запросы, уведомления и прочие сообщения, касающиеся Услуг, с правом передачи указанных прав и полномочий другому лицу с предварительным уведомлением другой стороны о такой передаче.
