We are glad to offer our clients notarized (certified) translation services. This means that the signature of the translator is verified by a notary officer, who in this case acts as a third-party guarantor of the translator’s professional qualification.
Therefore, after our translator (whose name is specified in the notary contract) finishes the work, he or she certifies the translation by a signature. The notary officer binds the original document and the translation together and authorizes them by the seal and signature, thus confirming the translator’s right to perform the work and guaranteeing the accuracy of the translation. Notarized translation may be required for various official documents, e.g. passports, academic diplomas, birth/marriage/death certificates, references, immigration documents, bank statements, in Russia and also for documents issued in Russia to be used abroad
We perform notarized translation from these languages: English, German, Polish, Ukrainian, and French.
The confidence in our translators and editors and in the quality of their work, allows us to provide notarized translation services and to guarantee high quality of both the translation and its notarial certification.
The notary certification of a document costs 1,000 rubles.
